Update and photos!

Mason's last "time trial" for hockey was today. Graham and I got there a bit late. It seemed as though Mason spent more time horizontally than vertically! LOL He needs to figure out which hand he wants to use because when he has the stick on the ice, he holds it in his right hand but then he switches his hands around so he can shoot left-handed. Today he was skating with his stick in the air the whole time. Not up in the air, but across his body like he was getting ready to shoot.

Mason's friend had his birthday party on Saturday at gymnastics place and Graham was old enough to go, so he was allowed to join the fun. Here they are hanging from the parallel bars:


Mason has his first Science project for grade 1. He needs to build something to protect you from the weather. He's making a house. Here it is. It is a shoebox with a popsicle stick roof. We had to go buy popsicle sticks because we gave all of ours to his teacher for their crafts. He's painted the house since this photo.:
